This year's show had a wonderful flow to it with beautiful collections of small works interspersed with large landscapes. There was a giant piece by Rob Saley of beautiful birds that would be amazing in large loft. There were also some incredible landscapes by a variety of artists that I absolutely loved. At events like these, I wish my wall space was not quite so limited, I have such a love for large scale landscape. My hubby, David Marshak stole the show with an impressive collection of work that sent red dots flying.
Thankyou to everyone who came out Thursday evening, it was a great success and I couldn't be happier. My two newest pieces from the west coast sold, Through Mountains & Valleys and Sunset over Birch, as well as some favorites from this past spring, so that feels great. Over the next few weeks I will be working on selecting images to work with for the next show... so stay tuned. November will be here before we know it and the One of a Kind Show is no small feat to prepare for. Stay tuned for updates and studio previews.
